Reading a depressing book
where a kid is going further and further underground as his life gets steadily shittier and shittier. It’s like the authors sat down and wrote a normal book, and then was like “OH, wait, I hate my main protagonist. Lets kill everything he cares about and turn his family against him and cut him off from civilization and even have his own cat try and eat his face off”
